WELL DONE LADS. 3 GREAT POINTS.

We went to sharples today with a win the only result required to put us joint top.
We started of with a few nerves as can be expected, but to be fair to the lads playing on the smallest pitch we have played on all season and using the smallest nets the lads didn’t disappoint.
We scored 2 great goals in the first half (not offside as suggested by the sharples manager) from some fantastic passing and moving to take us in at half time with a 2 goal lead.
In the second half and sharples starting of very well we had a bit of a wake up call as they hit the post on a couple of occasions. The lads dug in and scored 2 more goals to secure the points before sharples got a consolation goal back.
Today’s man of the match went to Aaron brown who had a great game.
